YOUR CHALLENGE

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced data visualization specialist who is passionate about turning data into visually appealing and impactful dashboards. Help us to translate financial data into actionable insights!

You will join a dynamic and experienced team of other dedicated and passionate Finance Data and Analytics Specialists and work with inspiring colleagues from several finance and non-finance functions.

• Drive with us the complete redesign of the management reporting in the CFO area of Julius Baer

• Collaborate with team members to creatively pursue new knowledge from data and help us to answer high impact business questions

• Development of (overarching) data storylines across multiple analytical scenarios and their implementation in Tableau

• Effectively communicate analytical insights to mid/upper-level management

• Manage projects from requirements gathering, solution design and implementation to deployment

• building up the Data Visualization and Tableau community and a Tableau center of competence within the CFO organization @ Julius Baer

YOUR PROFILE

• Expert-level knowledge of Tableau software and visualizations (3+ years of experience) - Tableau certification - Desktop Associate or Desktop Professional is a must

• Strong data-driven mindset

• Good communication and presentation skills, confident appearance

• Having fun at telling stories with data and creative visualizations

• Independent, resilient and team-oriented personality

• Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility

• Master's degree in economics, business administration, banking, quantitative finance, (business) informatics, data science or a comparable field of study

• team player with excellent problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English, German is a plus

• Wealth Management/Banking and Finance Knowhow is a plus

• Knowledge of SAP BW, Python, SQL, KNIME or R or other analytical programs/software is a plus
